Our 2021/22 Impact Report goes live

The EY Foundation’s 2021/2022 Impact Report is now available to download. It includes all the numbers and stories from a year of challenge, but also significant achievement. We also review our lessons learned and conclude by setting out our headline priorities for the next 12 months.

Our ‘review of the year’ video provides a snapshot of the headline figures, but more importantly gives a first-hand account from the people we’ve worked with and the impact we’ve had on their lives.

The report captures the highlights from a transformative year for EY Foundation, with the return of in-person programmes, a new long-term ambition and scaling up our wider influence.

Looking ahead to next year, our CEO, Lynne Peabody said:

In an increasingly challenging environment, the EY Foundation will be relentless in its drive to support more young people thrive in the workplace. Over the next year we will deepen our impact and increase the number of young people we support by delivering programmes in new regions of the UK, work with more employers in growth sectors of the economy and deliver a new digital programme.
