We work with schools and colleges to provide pupils with opportunities to develop their employability skills and learn about how they can get ready for the world of work.
Youth organisations, Pupil Referral Unit's or other education providers can also refer young people to our programmes.
Giving young people a taste of life outside the classroom really helps them develop the kind of skills they will use in life and work… It is all about opening up as many avenues and opportunities for young people as possible.
Our free half-day workshops are for young people eligible for free school meals. They are ideal for students in Year 7 - 11 (P7 - S4 in Scotland), giving them a great start on their journey to become work ready.
During our sessions, students will hear inspiring career stories from various professionals, take part in a team challenge and work on their presentation skills.

Our Networks provide students aged 14 and above and eligible for free school meals with a series of interactive workshops and events, supporting them to fulfil their potential. Through the workshops, students will have the opportunity to meet role models from across different sectors and other young people from across the country.
There are at least three sessions a year per network. Topics include:
